Rooms & Facilities

With seven different function rooms to choose from we can cater for any sized gathering, large or small. Our spaces are incredibly versatile and can be set up for various types of private or corporate functions.

Our venue has wireless internet throughout, and we can provide everything you need for your meetings, conferences and workshops. Including, projectors, screens, whiteboards, stationary.

We offer a full catering service. We have a selection of price per head menus for you to choose from, including our famous Grazing Tables. Alternatively we can offer a bespoke menu planning service.

Kotuku Function Room:

This function room is our largest space, measuring 16.5 m x 10 m. It has its own balcony with outside tables and chairs, and stunning beach views!

 Tui Function Room:

This function room is on our top floor, (opposite the Kotuku Room). It measures 12m x 8.4m, and again benefits from access to its own balcony.

Tawa Function Room:

Located on the ground floor, this function room measures 5.8m x 9.2 m. It is a good choice for smaller corporate events.

This is also a perfect space for more intimate private gatherings, a grazing table is a wonderful dining option, with a wine reception.

Kauri Function Room

Located on the ground floor, this function room measures 3.5 m x 7.8 m. It is a good choice for smaller corporate events, such as workshops, seminars and staff training days.

Rimu Function Room

Located on the ground floor, this function room measures 4.8 m x 7.2 m. It is a good choice for smaller corporate events, such as workshops, seminars and staff training days.

Kowhai Function Room:

This ground floor function room measures 3.2m x 4.5m. It may be a smaller space, but it’s perfectly formed!

The Boardroom:

Need a meeting space? The Beachside Boardroom is perfect. Twelve people fit comfortably around the table, it’s fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make executive decisions!
