At Beachside, we know that Nelson is a wonderful conference destination, and we are proud to offer full conference facilities at our venue.

ROOMS:
KOTUKU ROOM
This our largest space, located on the top floor with its own balcony outside and stunning beach views, this room has a data projector and screen. Access to a whiteboard, lectern and microphone if required.

TUI ROOM
Located on our top floor, with its own balcony, beach views and access to our private garden area, this room has a wall mounted television with HDMI access, access to a whiteboard, lectern and microphone.

TAWA ROOM
Located on the ground floor, with access to our private garden area. Access to its own private bathroom.
The room features a wall-mounted whiteboard and pinboards, with a screen and access to a data projector if required.

THE BOARDROOM
Located on the ground floor, access to its own private bathrooms.
The room features a wall-mounted television with HDMI and a wall-mounted whiteboard.

If you require extra equipment that we haven’t got on offer, please let us know, and we will see if we can source it with costs covered by you; if we can’t, we are happy to offer suggestions for you to source yourself.
You are more than welcome to use our outdoor areas. We have a garden area and two large balconies with stunning beach views.
PARKING & ACCOMMODATION:
Onsite parking is available. Please note we are just a 5-minute drive from Nelson Airport and 10 minutes by car from the city centre.

CONFERENCE CATERING:
At Beachside Nelson, we are home to award-winning Nelson caterers, Gourmet Catering. This fabulously dedicated in-house catering team has created a superb all-day conference menu, focusing on fresh and, wherever possible, local ‘brain-enhancing’ goodies at $35 (plus GST per head)
