With almost three decades spent in the hospitality industry, Carol has been at the forefront of Nelson wedding and event catering for the past fifteen years. Gourmet Catering began in April 2003, and six years later found its home at iconic Nelson venue, The Grape Escape, which Carol part-owned. Carol sold her share of The Grape Escape in 2012 but never lost her passion for food and catering. She continues to delight private and corporate clients with innovative cuisine at affordable prices.

Lincoln is Beachside’s Australian import! His culinary background spans over two decades and two countries. Lincoln has run busy restaurants, five-star hotels and clubs. He currently owns and operates McCashin’s Brewery Kitchen & Bar in Stoke, and McCashin’s Hop Garden in Founders Heritage Park.
